高 美 館 Kaohsiung Museum
依山傍水是高美館得天獨厚的環境，前有內惟埤，後有柴山，形勢特別，雨後黃昏，彩虹乍現，黑白映照彩虹的多彩，更顯艷麗，荷田金箔嶙峋發光，更加襯托出高美館之美，逆光的館舍，亦顯現高美館之豐饒。
首任館長黃才郎畫下這幅「高美館」百號大作，意在邀請民眾共享高美館之美，高美舘之豐饒。
The unique environment of Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, with Neiweipi in front of it and Chai Mountain behind it, is a special situation. The situation is special, the rainbow appears at dusk after the rain. The black and white reflects the colorful rainbow, making it even more beautiful, and the gold leaf of lotus pond shines in a jagged way, further emphasizing the beauty of Kaohsiung Fine Arts Museum.
The first curator, Huang Tsai-Lang, painted the "Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts" 100th anniversary to invite the public to share the beauty and richness of the museum.
