吉成藝術文化是由比利時華僑黃大芬醫師於2022年春創立，緣起於對其藝術家父親黃朝謨先生的感恩，並向他精進藝術之境的毅力與貢獻致敬。吉成因此以藝術品及其相關文獻的數位化與專業保存為核心基礎，自此開展藝術做為生活元素、藝術運用於醫療與藝術深入教育的理想。

藝術家黃朝謨、黃才郎、馬丁･ 奇歐 (Martin Guyaux)、黃志偉、吳承硯與林天瑞的線上展覽、作品流通、文獻資料建檔數位化與藝術推廣保存中心籌建，正是吉成現階段的準備工作；我們也預定逐年推動歐洲與台灣藝術家創作交流，以及藝術欣賞與推廣計畫。

Chi Cheng Cultural Arts Co. Ltd. (CCCA) was founded in the spring of 2022 by Dr. Ta-Fen Hwang, an overseas Taiwanese Belgian, out of gratitude to her artist father, Mr. Hwang Chao-Mo, and in tribute to his perseverance and dedication to further improve the state of art.

Chi Cheng’s core focus includes the digitization and professional preservation of artwork and related documents, which has Its idealism has developed to make art a core element of life. Art applied in medicine, and art is deeply ingrained in the ideal education.Online exhibitions, artwork circulation, document digitization, and the establishment of an art exhibition and preservation center for our artists – Hwang Chao-Mo, Huang Tsai Lang, Martin Guyaux, Huang Chih-Wei, Wu Chen Yen and Lin Tien Juei – are underway. In the coming years, plans to promote art appreciation and creative exchange between European and Taiwanese artists have also been established.
