斜出一角的威尼斯本島隔著水道，對望南面的朱代卡島與聖喬治馬焦雷島，開闊水面因而形成三角幾何形結構，潮水及船運順勢左右對流往來。霞天潟湖船岸以重彩表現，逆光使景物呈現剪影效果。

威尼斯系列共繪有油畫三幅及水彩作品，並以素描寫生研究在前。一如演劇為顯露對象本質，分別賦予角色面目形象與造型特色，各幅作品表現手法不同，卻一致以掌握明度為原則，再以構圖布局、技法以及別出新意的角度，表現水都豐富的文化內藏與影像。

The main island of Venice slopes out across the waterway, looking south to the islands of Giudecca and San Giorgio Maggiore. The open water surface thus forms a triangular geometric structure, with the tide and boat traffic flowing in opposite directions. The boat shore of the Lagoon of Kastian is shown in heavy colors, and the backlighting gives the scene a silhouette effect.

The Venice series consists of three oil paintings and watercolor works, preceded by sketching studies. Just like a play that reveals the nature of the subject, the characters are given their own faces and stylistic characteristics. The expression of each work is different, but the principle of mastering the brightness is the same, and the composition, technique, and original angle are used to express the rich cultural contents and images of the water city.
